Servassure boasts a depth of technical resources that are unrivalled in the UK channel. We have engineers who are trained and accredited on an extremely wide range of vendor products, to deliver a complete suite of engineering and technical services:

Installation and Maintenance

This means that we are able to provide full installation services to TDM and IP product offerings from these voice and data manufacturers. Moreover, it means that we can also provide maintenance services on the vast majority of the UK installed base of telephone systems and local area networks.

Refurbishment and Repair

In addition to installation and maintenance of new equipment, we also refurbish equipment for installation in Greenfield or Brownfield sites. We also repair hardware that has been damaged, regardless of whether or not the equipment is covered by a maintenance contract.

Project Management

To complement these engineering services, Servassure offers full project management services to our partners. We have provided project management to thousands of customer roll-outs of IP telephony, from SMEs to large corporates. These services enable our partners to win the business with their customers, safe in the knowledge that Servassure will be there to help them throughout the deployment process.
