Servassure recognises that it is not enough to offer the industry´s broadest range of engineering and network services. Many customers are unwilling to invest in alternative suppliers unless they are convinced of the financial benefits, comfortable that their business is technically ready to adopt IP technology; others require a level of modification to standard product offerings before they will fit the bill.

Servassure has created these additional services to assist channel partners in closing business, proving return on investment (RoI) models, compressing sales cycles and enabling competitive differentiation.

Billing Audits

We can take historical calls and lines billing information, and categorically prove, based on the customer´s own spending patterns, how much money we will save them. Moreover, we can identify areas of unnecessary expenditure and eliminate those costs. These audits are used to prove the financial benefits of switching to our partners´ services.

Technical Audits

Many of our partners, and their customers, lack the necessary technical capability to provide site audits, IP telephony readiness audits, WAN audits, etc. Servassure has a full range of technical audit capabilities that our partners can supply to their customers to ensure that they know precisely what the customer has in their estate and what upgrades are necessary to support next generation services. Combining the two audit areas will deliver a roadmap to full IP communications services with a complete RoI proposition.

Consulting Services

Some of our partners only wish to engage our services on a consultancy basis - e.g. to provide a full IP migration program for their customers - at an initial stage in a long-term customer engagement. Servassure´s full technical resources are available to our partners via our consulting program; operating on a case by case basis, we provide project-based, recurring or cycle-based consulting services that cover all the above areas. Our partners contract for our consultants per day at pre-agreed rates, and invoice their customer at a rate of their own choosing - therefore, not only can our partners provide important value-adding services, they can derive an additional revenue stream from them as well.

Custom Development

Many IP communications roll-outs are complicated. They involve not only infrastructure, but also applications, and those applications interface into back-office systems and legacy equipment. Many areas - such as contact centres and collaboration - require customisation of those applications. On other occasions, our partners need us to use our SIP-based service creation environment to design bespoke services for specific customer requests. Our Professional Services Team are ready to support custom applications and bespoke services to help tailor "off-the-shelf" products to specific customer needs; to develop niche applications; and to create differentiated services that will help our partners beat their competitors. Servassure Professional Services work on a project basis, with specific deliverables, costs and timelines agreed with the partner beforehand. These skills help our customers and their customers to leverage the real power of IP - the ability to harness next generation technologies in a way that changes the way they work and is unique to their own organisation.
