Servassure offers a range of services to assist channel partners with handling customer opportunities:

Managed Services

Many customers now desire to outsource their ICT requirements to a single supplier. This allows them to benefit from a simplified supply chain and an opex-based financial package on a long-term contract. Servassure can act as a fulfilment route for some or all of this managed service wrap by contracting with our partners in a similar way to the contract they have with their customer - e.g. per user, per month, over 5 years. This means that our partners do not have to incur large capital expenditures when seeking to fulfil outsourcing contracts, which improves cash flow and financial management of their business.

Product Supply

In addition to extremely broad engineering qualifications, Servassure is also accredited to supply products from leading IPT and LAN suppliers. For partners who wish to provide customer premises equipment for ICT, but who lack the requisite accreditation and capabilities themselves, we act as a complete outsourced fulfilment house - the channel still owns the customer contract but they back off all supply of products and commissioning to us. This means that our partners are able to protect themselves from competitive threats by providing a one-stop-shop to their customers, with Servassure handling the fulfilment on their behalf.

Billing Services

Provision of accurate billing using the correct tariffs is an essential component of the provision of network services to customers. However, it is often outside the core competencies of many of our partners, who do not wish to incur the capital and operational expenses associated with investing in their own billing platform. Servassure makes this cost unnecessary by providing billing and banking services to our partners, in their name and with their branding. This means that the channel can still provide a complete customer solution, collect payment from customers easily, and bill their customers in an accurate and timely manner, as if they were doing so themselves.

Logistics Support and Storage Services

Servassure is an expert in order fulfilment thanks to our impressive logistics and warehousing capabilities. We leverage these assets not only for fulfilment of our own orders, but also for those of our customers´ customers. Our channel partners rent our warehousing space for storage of stock for which they have no room themselves; moreover, we provide logistical support to customers who wish us to handle the physical movement and distribution of the stored items. Movement of the correct goods from A to Z in a timely and accurate manner is another Servassure core competence - such matters should not be left to chance; let an expert handle the logistics and storage of your valued assets.
